Essex Wheels and Engineering are pleased to annonce new sponsorship of Speedway rider Jason Bunyan.

Jason will be riding this season with our handbuilt wheels using the lastest SMPro Platinum rims laced to Talon competion hubs. We expect to see some great action from Jason due to his current form and wildcard entry into the world grand prix series.

Jason Michael Bunyan (born 9 March 1979 in Milton Keynes) is a former England Under-21 international speedway rider, who rides for the Rye House Rockets in the British Premier League.

Bunyan competed in the New Zealand Championships during 2004, 2005 and 2006 and won each event He missed winning in 2007 but came back to win the 2008, 2009 and 2010 NZ titles giving him the second most wins behind Larry Ross who finished his career with nine.
In 2007 he captained the Islanders to the Premier League Fours Championship and partnered Chris Holder to the Premier League Pairs title. For 2011 Bunyan signed with the Plymouth Devils. Source Wikipedia
